With more than 25 years of Aviation experience, and education from the Air Force technical officers academy, the Air Forces flight academy, the Nav Canada training institute and Bailbrook College, Roe adds experience and know how to any team.

Roe also have a background as an Air Traffic Controller from several different ATC units, and from case work as an Air Traffic Management advisor at Avinor.
